About

Built for the families behind every transfer.

Global Sendi is a UK-based remittance service focused on the United Kingdom to Kenya corridor — designed for the parents, professionals and small businesses who rely on these payments to support family, manage responsibilities and move money across borders with confidence.

Why the UK–Kenya corridor?

Money sent between the United Kingdom and Kenya often carries real responsibility — supporting parents, paying school fees, helping family members, or managing small business obligations across borders.

Yet many existing services still leave customers uncertain about fees, exchange rates, delivery timelines or support when something goes wrong.

Global Sendi is being built as a calmer, more transparent alternative — a focused UK–Kenya remittance service for the people who need these transfers to simply work.

We are starting with one corridor intentionally. It lets us learn it deeply, build it carefully, and earn reliability the slow way — which is the only way it actually lasts.

Mission & Values

What we believe.

Our values are not decorative. They shape hiring, vendor selection, product decisions and how we communicate with customers, partners and regulators.

Diaspora-Centred

We're building for individuals and families sending support home — not speculators or high-frequency traders. The product is shaped around real remittance needs: rent, school fees, hospital bills, small business obligations.

Trust First

Every design decision starts with the question: does this earn and keep customer trust? We don't chase growth at the expense of integrity or the people we serve.

Operational Discipline

Careful, incremental progress over rapid expansion. Each operational layer is tested and documented before the next is added — because the money matters too much for shortcuts.

Long-Term Thinking

We would rather build something dependable for the next decade than something flashy for the next quarter. Patience is a feature, not a constraint.

How we think about building

One corridor. One promise. Done properly.

We've chosen a narrow scope on purpose. One corridor, one clear use case, and an operating discipline that prioritises customer confidence over feature volume. Growth, for us, is something to earn — slowly, carefully, and only once the foundations are right.

  • 1Focus over breadth — One corridor done properly is worth more than five corridors done loosely.
  • 2Discipline over speed — Each operational layer is tested and documented before the next is built on top of it.
  • 3Partners we trust — Kenya-side partners chosen for reliability and shared standards, not just convenience.
  • 4Human responsibility — Real people accountable for real money. No anonymous queue, no black box.

Where we are today

Building before launching.

Global Sendi Ltd is a UK company (registered in England and Wales, no. 17241724), currently in the build-and-readiness phase. We're putting the operational foundations, partnerships and governance in place before we open to customers — because that's the order things should happen in.

We're not yet offering money transfer services. When that changes, you'll hear it from us directly — and the details will be on this site, in plain language, before anything goes live.

Diaspora Focus

Respecting the weight of every transfer.

For many in the UK–Kenya diaspora, a remittance is not a transaction — it is rent, school fees, medical support or a small business invoice. That reality shapes how we think about fees, speed, transparency and customer service.

We are designing the product around three sender priorities: knowing exactly how much the recipient will receive, feeling confident the money will arrive, and being able to get human help when something is unclear.

Pricing

Transparent exchange rates and fee structures with no hidden margins.

Reliability

Delivery confirmations and clear timelines so senders know when funds arrive.

Support

Real people answering real questions — in plain language, in working hours.
